Leonard Wayne has a BS in Physics from UC San Diego and an MSEE in Photonics/Optoelectronics from UCLA. His work includes, in part, ten years at the Caltech/NASA Jet Propulsion Lab. He spent four of those years working on advanced interferometric systems, particularly the Space Interferometry Mission. He also performed camera alignment for the Mars rovers Spirit and Opportunity. Since 2009, Wayne has worked independently to develop a number of advanced interferometric systems. In 2012 Wayne participated in INNoVATE, an NSF-sponsored program at the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School on the commercialization of technology from government and academia.
Our sister company, Topology Optics, designs and builds interferometer-based imaging systems.
